Soulmates – a myth, a once-in-a-lifetime experience, or something a little more supernatural? Maybe soulmates are just someone you have a special connection with; maybe they’re something mystical, something predestined for you one way or another, a kind of magic found in special marks or mind-links. Or maybe they don’t exist at all.

Do your characters believe in soulmates? Do they have one, or want one? Is it an option at all for them?

Write a story about soulmates.

Whether it’s planning a secret party, going on a forbidden quest, or overthrowing the government, there’s one thing you need to make it happen: a good scheme.

An evil scheme, or just a scheme? Well, that’s up to the schemers in question; it’s certainly possible to scheme without malicious intent, though most people would call it a “plan” instead. But anybody can make a scheme. Whether or not they can carry it out...well, that’s a different question.
